Bearing Question

Bearings and bearing cups have BIN's (Bearing Industry Numbers) stamped on them, these are the numbers autoparts stores, bearing shops go by.

Not sure this is right; it says "except D-44/60" in one place, and "w/Dana 44" in another... I recall the bearing being an open type, separate cone and race. I don't recall the lock sleeve either

Why don't you go into NAPA and simply ask for rear axle bearings for a 1956 F-100? It shouldn't be any more difficult than that.
