I don't trust the local parts store for the right answer.

Edit: I'm talking about the F250 44

I can't say for certain, but I'm sure they do. What I can say for certain is that the 77 highboy HD44 uses the same caliper as the HP/KP D60. That same style caliper was used into the 80's on the heavier TTB stuff, and maybe into the 90 for all I know. It has two pistons, the older style bolts together while the newer ones are one piece. They are retained on the bottom of the caliper by the I-beam looking deally with the spring. I apologize for being so technical.

I believe they do (as long as both are dual piston calipers).

Yes, I'm refering to the dual piston. I have a 77 highboy and a Dana 60 for my 98, I'm getting some Braided stainless steel lines and wanted to see if I could buy two of the same set.

Another tool for cross-referencing auto parts is rockauto.com. Their site is easy to use, and you can catalogue part numbers for the 77 and see if they match those of the 79. Curious, what are you putting that 60 into that is a 1998 model?

*EDIT* Just noticed your sig. My DD/ work truck is an obs 97 1/2 ton. I have a spare 60, and have been seriously contemplating a 60/14 bolt swap on it. Not sure if I could bring myself to use that axle on a Ch*vy though lol.

^^Same here, save for one. My brother had a rebuilt set on a ttb 50 truck(mid-eighties). I came across a ball-joint 60 for the truck, but the calipers mounted differently. I actually kept his D50 calipers for spares for my 60's. I can't remember what was different about that one set though. I'll have to call my brother, I'm sure he remembers.
