Hello there I am currently doing an axle swap. I am taking out a 1979 Dana 44 8 lug axle and swapping in a 1979 Dana 60. Anyways the 44 has good dust shields and I was wondering if they were the same and I could swap them onto the 60?

F250 single piston caliper dust shields different than dual piston caliper dust shields.

2WD dust shields different than 4WD.

 

Mine were the same on my 79F250 D44 and the 79F250 I used as my donor truck for the D60. Caliper bracket, caliper, and dust shield are interchangeable.
