it might be of interest to some owners that i have installed a bw t5 transmission from a s10 behind my 215 six. my truck is a 52 f3. i used the dwight bond adapter for the flathead v8. this adapter utilizes the small clutch bellhousing from the original spur gear 4 speed. this enables the owner to use the ford clutch throwout bearing and pressure plate. the only change was a chevy 11 inch pressure plate with a 1" 14 spline center. i also made a bracket to reuse the handbrake in its original position.
