Constant power to one injector Plug

Hi, I have constant power to only one fuel injector plug, with out the key on. Will this kill the battery? side note- I removed the fuel rail and the injector won't stop spraying, with key on. So I guess it a grounded + wire or a bad pcm? Is there anything else I can check before replacing pcm? Code said open injector curcuit, doesn't help mush after that. Car runs without that injector pluged in.

Thanks,
Mike

I take it you are talking about a 1993 5.0L F150 with a stock computer and bank firing.

Your injectors are on banks of four. So if only one injector is grounded at all times it is not the computer.
But this all does not sound right. The ground wire will run from one injector to the next injector on that bank so if one is grounded then all four would be grounded.
Note that we are not talking about engine banks but injector banks.
