Things needed for GTG / pot luck.

Depending on how many of our chapter members, family and friends plan to come we will need to have plenty to cover and feed the group.

please look over this list and post what you will bring so we cover the whole list and do not forget anything. also if you have any Ideas feel free to add on.

1. Burger,hot dog, brat buns.
2. hamburgers
3. hot dogs
4. brats
5.patato salad
6. mac salad
7. cale slaw
8. baked beans
9. chips
10.onions,lettuce,tomatoes
11.mayo,mustard,ketchup,relish
12. salt,pepper
13. cheeze
your drink or choice.

Misc:

1. grills
2. cups
3.knifes,forks,spoons
4.plates,napkins
5.serving spoons
6.charcoal
7.canopy

I have the knifes, forks, spoons, paper plates, napkins, serving spoons. plenty of them so no one needs to get this stuff.
I also have a canopy,and some charcoal
I can bring other stuff too. what can you all come up with.

Bring the family kids and all this is for everyone come and enjoy.
don`t forget the ICE.

Portable grill
Canopy
ladderball

i will bring;

buns (for dogs, and burgers.....when we get a count)
misc bags of potato chips
probably some sort of fresh fruit and veggies

three canopies

plates, napkins
serving spoons
charcoal
fresh fruit and veggies

kornhole game

check list for other things you want to add to cover us.

I have 2 canopies, 3 coolers, 6 tables, and 24 chairs. Might bring some food and adult-beverages too and stash it in the coolers on ice.

Did a date and location get decided yet? I'm a little confused since there is 5 different threads on the GTG.

One thread is for a location vote, one is for a date vote, this one is a what we need IE: food, and the other was to let you know we wanted one.

We need to start getting info on food. I think we have the other stuff covered.

I have a buddy that works for Kent Foods. I can get a case of hot dogs for about $10.

check post #1 pick out something and let us know here. The Caribou and Bear burgers sounds real good to me.

Ok im in for the caribou and bear burgars. Ill have some fresh beer mustard. And i have a grill big enough for everything at once. MAN SIZED GRILL!

Ok here is what we have comming so far.

misc. stuff.
cups,paper plates,napkins,silverware,sreving spoons.
4 canopies,3 grills, 2 games. chairs, tables.
I think we are set with this stuff unless you can think of anything else.

as for food we have.

pasta salad
hot dogs
dog & burger buns
caribu & bear burgers
beer mustard
chips
fresh fruit & veggies.
This is all that has been offered up so far. We still could use.,
beef burgers,beans,other types of salad,katchup,mayo,mustard,cheeze,salt pepper, other chips,what ever.

Remember this is a bring a dish to past GTG so please let us know asap so if we still need something we can get it. Also bring your own drinks. Thank for your input.

So it looks like I need to get enough buns for about 20 people?
