radiator ?

I ordered a new rad from summit and it turned out to be only like and inch in thickness but then when i was disassembling my truck and pulled the rad it was about 2 inchs in thickness. Im guessing that this is a rad for like a 302 or 300. my question is will this work on my truck or is it a no go? my truck is a 96 f350 351 4x4. also i plan to use dual electric fans.

My F250-HD has a thin single core like that and had me wondering if a PO went cheap before me. It has kept the truck cool till now w/o any issues.

I think you will find that this Radiator will not be sufficient to cool your truck under any kind of towing or extreme heat conditions. Best to go back with a similar Radiator that came in your truck from Ford.

There is an HD cooling option with the thicker radiator.
