Coolant flow diagram

I need to flush out my block and heater core as part of my rebuild resulting from a blown oil cooler. I know I have seen a diagram for the coolant flow on this site before but i cant seem to find it now. I just need to know where to start my water flow on the block and where to rig up hoses to get everything flushed. I have already removed all the hoses, degas bottle, radiator, and oil cooler.

It's in the 6.0 bible witch is linked in the tech folder. Here is a direct link to the cooling system flow chart. Page 17: Cooling System
