37 inch hummer wheels

Will 37 inch h1 hummer wheels with 8 lug rims fit on my 79 f-250 dent with a four inch lift?

Nope!!!!!! The hub centers are to small to fit! You need large center wheels like used on Ford/Dodge trucks.

The rims on my 07 GMC fit my 79 dent after I used the die grinder to open up the center by about 1/8".
The 4" lift should be enough to clear the 37" tires though.

You have to be real careful doing something like this because you could cause the wheel to be out of balance itself.

.
You could also damage the wheel to the point where it might crack and if your hauling heavy loads might not stand up to the pressure after being modified.

A 4 inch lift would put you at a stock highboy height so I think that would be the Max height for your truck unless you wanna start trimming fenders.
