Stock carb 300/4.9

Hi, it's Chad again...

Can folks tell me what wuz a stock carb for this motor - if there were several I would prefer a "lower rise" one due to the hood clearence with a 250 in an 'early' bronk. It has a deck 2" taller than the other "small sixes" oe back in the day.

I'm thinkin that a 300 carb would give me the more tq option than the oe carter on it.

Thanks...
