Negative camber on `92 f150?
Hello all. Problem: my lower ball joints need replacing , and am going to remove the spindle assembly , starting with the top ball joint , according to Chiltons`. When I look at the front of the truck , the wheels look like / \ with noticeable wear on the inside of the tires. If the problem is negative camber as well , is it expensive to get an alignment ? I understand that a press is required to correct this problem , and only the toe is adjustable with the I beam suspension. The truck does not pull left or right and drives straight.
Help please!!

You may need new coil springs. When they get old they may weaken and cause the front end to sag a little and the tires to look like / \.
It could be that or the ball joints. I ordered some leveling coils for my 92 F150 4x4 cause I wanted to raise the front end about 2 inches to make it look good with my 32x11.5x15 tires. The kit came with a camber kit which is basically new upper ball joints with more camber adjustment. Cause when you put taller springs, it makes the tires do this \ /.
So, in short, it could be worn springs, a simple alignment, or a camber kit, plus alignment.
