A/C help

Not sure if this is a good spot to put this but the compressor is on my 99 v10. I was wondering is there any way to test my A/C compressor. I've checked the low pressure end and it around 50-55 psi not sure what the high end is. I tried to jump the low end cycling switch and the clutch isn't engaging. Is it time to replace my compressor or is there a fix... It is a 99 but there is only 72,000 on the motor.... Any help would be awesome since this heat wave kinda sux without air lol

Air conditioning has nothing to do with the motor in your truck. Go to the HVAC forum and start by reading the FAQs.
