57 Mercury truck advice

Hello,
New to the forum and I'm here for parts advice. I'm with Musclecar Memories Restorations in Lincoln NE. A customer has asked us to do some work on his 57 Mercury pickup. Parts we need are a battery ground cable and a battery hold down. Would these be the same as a 57 Ford and does anyone know where I might find these parts?
Thanks for any help

What he said.

Just to be clear, you are an automotive restoration company, and you don't know where to buy a battery cable?
