302 in 51 F1 Ford w/Mustang II Front End??

It included everything you need. I actually got two sets of rotors. One cross drilled and slotted, the other just plain rotors. I believe there was an automatic 2 inch drop and you could opt for a 4 inch drop. I did a quick search and came up with this pic. It looks exactly like what you get (except assembled and painted). And they have a section of the frame in the picture so that they could assemble it.

I have a 1949 F-1, I like the idea of putting the mustang II Front End in, however would prefer to lift my front end up 2" so I could put 18" to 20" wheels and tires under my truck. Also did you have to install a new steering colum? Is this something a novice can accomplish? What about motor and transmission mounts? I would prefer to install a 5 speed manual transmission. i applojise if my questions are redundant or goofy. Thanks

Hey Isaiah,
Here is a pic of our mounts for the 351W engine on a No Limit Engineering Mustang II front end. It get's very tight around the driver's side - our steering column link is a marvel of modern engineering getting around the headers - I hope it holds up. You definitely will need to change to a rear sump oil pan to clear it.

All that being said, you should get some tire data to find out how tall your 20" wheels & tires would be...they usually have low profile tires, so the overall diameter is probably close to that of a Pxxx70R16 on a 16 inch wheel. Something to watch out for is wheel clearance to the front disk brake calipurs, and wheel offset. Figure out ahead of time how much clearance you need for the front fenders.
Here's a link to a site with wheel tech data to show you how to measure wheels: https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html
