Will this cam work well?

.

Swapping a 460 into my 2wd '93 Ranger and I'm trying to match all my parts.

It will have built C6 with whatever converter is needed. Stock height tires with undecided gear ratio, but possibly 3.08

The 460 is a D0VE-A block, D0VE-C heads, wanting a Stealth intake, has a 750 AFB carb.

Stock pistons. From what I've read and been told, I should be around 10.5 to 1 compression. The block, pistons, and heads are all pre-smog.
