1959 F600 rescue?
Hey, all-
I have run across a guy with a complete running '59 F600 flatbed who bought it for scrap. I started a thread in the early truck sections, hoping it would work for a cross-country tow vehicle, but that seems unlikely given the gearing.
This guy bought it to scrap for the metal, and does not seem interested in advertising it as a running vehicle, but said he'd be OK with selling it as long as he gets as much as he would for scrap value.
It is a good running truck, seemingly with a very recent mechanical restoration- somebody sunk a lot of money into it before it ended up at auction.

I have no stake in this sale- I just hate to see this thing needlessly crushed. Please PM me if you (or anyone you know) is interested. My apologies if this thread is not appropriate- Moderators, please let me know!
Thanks,
-Josh
