Unhappy no start

I am a new member and have a problem maybe you can help me with.I have a 1987 4x4 f-150 , 4speed.I have a no start but cranks fine.no pulse to my coil or injectors.I have performed all kinds of electrical test, resistance, continuity, ect. After all that I got frustrated and replaced the following.Coil,Module,Pickup,Rotor, pcm. Still nothing. I have not replaced the eec,or fuel pump relay yet.The fuel pumps come on when the key is turned on and don't go off after 5 seconds that is why I replaced the pcm because that has the timer inside it for the injectors,as per a response that was posted on the forum. Any help would be appreciated.

First off, Welcome to the forums!

If the fuel pump doesnt turn off within like 1 secong theres a problem. Replace your FPR and see if that dont do the trick, had the same problem 2 months ago.

BTW, are you getting spark after all those replacements?

Did replacing the fuel pump solve the problem with the fuel pumps not turning off?

Replacing the fuel pressure regulator won't (well, shouldn't) fix that problem.

I had the same problem, the fuel pump would either run constantly or not at all and wouldnt start either way. Got a new relay and she fired right up

If the relay is stuck closed the engine will still start.
But the fuel pumps will run all the time even with the key off.

Has the fuel pumps ran all the time the key is on as long as you have owned the truck?
If so sounds like someone has rewired the fuel pump relay circuit.
You will have spark with the computer unplugged.
Maybe you have a bad PIP sensor on the stator inside the distributor.
