spikedog .......... still "not" running good.
I mean it will still get up and go, but I still have the studder (or) bucking.
---- at idle in driveway ----
ECT = 186
EOT = 191
EBP = 16.8
was talking with Benny (aka:Blade) in pm's and I think I have replaced all of the sensors that would contribute to a bucking issue ........ all except the EBP sensor. I remember just cleaning the tube and the sensor and re-installing it.
the other night I was researching and came acorss a thread that mentioned the EBP and how it would contribute to a bucking issue.

I just purchased a new EBP sensor for $97 today. I took the 6.0 back home and pulled battery cables on both batteries and have the positive & negative cables tied together.
Drove the rock crawler back to work. When I get home I will replace it and if I have time I will take it for a test drive and report back the results.

Maybe I'm the gunie pig
Here is a question I have not been able to find an answer on:
EGR cooler Bypassed ...... Turned off EGR using SCT tuner ...
EGR plugged in ..... and left installed
if the EGR valve is bad will it still create issues?

The PCM determines how to fuel the engine based on EGR flow among other parameters. I don't know exactly how the tune "turns off" the EGR. I have always thought that the tune simple gives the PCM whatever it's looking for from the EGR valve. Now I am thinking that it's written into the program, or more specifically the EGR function is not written into the program.
I think you can determine this by looking at some of the EGR values on the SG2.
I also have a tune from an SCT tuner written by Innovative Diesel. I am gonna try and get some of the EGR values from the SG2 to see what they are.
