2007 F-150 codes- p0012, p0022, p0345

I have a 2007 F-150 5.4L and it started throwing codes p0012 p0022 p0345 and would knock and make popping sounds after it warmed up but I could rev it up and it would go away for the most part but would come right back when I started driving it. I have since pulled down the front cover and made sure it was in time, replaced both cam phasers, replaced both vct solenoids, and replaced both cam sensors. Same issue after doing all of that. I have searched the internet and have came up with nothing.

I am now lost and looking for some help. Thanks!

OK I ran into a big issue with this already and wrote a short story about it on here.

I would ask you if you have nice clean engine interior. Sludge and crappy oil can cause these issues as well. P0345 is base timing issues. Did you make sure both chains are lined up with the colored chain links on the crank and cams? Oil pressure tensioners need to hold pressure on the chains. Unplug your VCT actuator solenoids and see if it changes.

Pull the oil pan and check the crank thrust bearing. They had problems in 07 with them wearing out and the crank walks back and forth and causes low oil pressure. They need at least 25psi at hot idle.
