Does anyone have a picture of a stock vs. drop pitman arm for a 78/79 F150?

I have a pitman arm on a parts truck that is lifted, but I'm not sure if this is a drop pitman arm or the stock one.
Does anyone have a picture or at least a good description of one or the other? Is the stock one pretty flat?

Can you use a drop pitman arm on a stock truck? Because I am doing a steering conversion and have not been able to find a stock 78/79 pitman arm. I have looked in the junkyards but no luck.

I just replaced my stock pitman arm on saturday. if you lay the pitman arm down on the ground it's pretty much flat. When I bought the 3 inch drop arm the guy roughly measured it from the tie rod hole vertically up.
hope that helps, this is was on my 78 f150.

3 inches high or 3 inch drop, depending on how you look at it.
I know there is also questions about whether you need a drop arm or not with a lift under 4 inches. I have no expertise in this field but from my experience running a 4 inch lift without a drop arm for roughly 3 years, the splines on the pitman arm wore out and created slop in the turning.
Another strange thing that may or may not be related, the castle nut on the other end of the pitman arm holding on the tierod was completely stripped out. It was on by a single thread :-)

I definitely want a drop-pitman even with only my 4 inch lift. The reason I'm asking these questions though is because I purchased this parts truck and was told it had a drop-pitman but when I got to look at it, it appeared to have the stock pitman.
I just wanted to be sure what I was looking at was a stock one (since I had nothing else to compare it to.
