I would try maybe a salvage yard?...I'm trying to picture the part in my head, but sorry for my lapse in memory...Is it the long, ported tube running length ways of the motor on the pass. side? If so, then I would try salvage yard if possible.
May try and check motorcraft.com to see if that part still exist. Perhaps rockauto.com has it.

it bolts on the back of each manifold and comes to a y at the back of the block into a round metal short canister thing and the a hose which goes along the right side of the block into a capsule shape cannister of some type right behind the vapor cannister both mounted on frame.
If so, it's not part of the EGR, it's: F6TZ-9B449-F .. Exhaust Air Supply Manifold Tube / Obsolete *
This tube has a female connector in the center made as part of it where the air bypass check valve threads on. A hose routes from the bypass valve to the air injection control valve.
Additional hoses route from this valve, but I didn't look to see where they go to.
This tube is notorious for rusting out, so finding one in a junkyard that will be any good will be a miracle...and it's 1996 F150/Bronco 302 only!
The check valve usually welds itself to this tube. When you try and remove it, the tube twists apart.
* If this is the tube you need, there are 27 still to be found at Ford Dealers, the closest sources to you that have some are in KS & MO.
Let me know, I'll list these sources...and more, and their phone numbers.

Is the check valve the thing on top of the y that goes into the hose?? If so then thats the part thats broke off....... well ill talk to my buddy who owns a ford dealer and see if i cant get a couple if there that scarce.. if not youll hear back from me thank you very much!!
If your friendly Ford Dealer sez the pipe is obsolete and that's it, be aware I found the sources that have the 27 from the Ford Dealer parts locator system, the same system every US dealer uses.
Some dealers don't give a rats behind...tell customers the part is obsolete and that's it. Won't do a search for an obsolete part that takes less than 20 seconds.
All one hasta do it type the part number into the locater. VOILA! All the sources that have it appear on the computer screen.
btw: The last MSRP of the pipe was $75.15. Dealer net cost was $45.09. I'm passin' this along in case your friendly Ford dealer quotes you 100 bucks.
