Have you tried different inflation pressures? Last time I had the tires rotated the mech did not adjust the pressures for front and rear. She was twitchy with 70# in the front! I played with a few pressures and like 55# best in the front. That plus Bilsteins and she's almost easy.
I wished I could help ya but I still do not have a fix with all I have done.I am not knocking Redhead, the boxes just have not made a real fix yet and everything points to the box.
Well it would be tough to be "out of spec" because the adjustments are accomplished with sleeves, BUT, stranger things have happened. Negative caster, or difference caster angles between the front wheels will certainly cause these types of problems.

I ran with 55 psi in the front for two weeks and still had the same symptoms.I bumped them up to 70 and do not really see any big change besides they do not look flat now and it feels better on the ride.

Thanks Casper but I am just going with what the folks tell that do this everyday for a living. They are not happy with the way it drives and they are doing everything they can to get it right.
Have you by any chance been recomended to a frame shop? It sounds to me like you may have a loose "A" cross member that's the main crossmember the engine bolts to iff you have any movement of this member you will get the symptoms your describing, it doesn't take much movement and it's damn near impossible to see with out putting it on a rack and pulling cross corners than measuring, but I chased this on a '99 cc drw after getting pulled out of the sand with my 5'er attached once we found it it was a $200.00 fix from a certified welder, $300.00 for the rack time, steering straight down the highway, priceless!
This has been a long drawn out deal that has cost me too much in time, labor and aggrivation.I still think the Redheads are good.I was caught in the middle and to be able to get out I went with the Ford box.Long freakin' story.
I have talked with Harvey many times during this deal and we have come to agreements.
We will see how long the Ford box last?
