Trucks with scallops

Searching turned up nothing, but I am looking for pictures of dents with scallops. Even a bumpside might give me some decent ideas.

I am doing some body work now and I am planning to paint Blitz Black (satin black) with a gloss black cab top. Thinking of doing some other gloss accents on the body like the member that has gloss black flames over satin black. Thinking scallops or maybe stripes on the hood. Black on black, nothing too crazy, just looking for contrast. Perhaps trim the gloss with silver or red pinstriping???

2WD pickup with 460 BTW. planning some go-fast upgrades and maybe a slight drop in the future.

Awesome. Undecided on how I will incorporate the garnish, but I'll work on it.

IDK, I think it would be better with fried catfish and hushpuppies.

Too damn funny............I like your flat/gloss black idea but how about lime green or orange pinstripes with matching wheels with baby moon or dogdish hubcaps with chrome beauty rings???? Or go old school Von Dutch style white and red stripes and red wheels with white pinstripes ?????????

I like those styles, but I am wanting to avoid the full-on rat rod look. I want some different styling touches without making it too busy. Im also polishing up the dentside trim and putting it back on, as well as de-anodizing and polishing my grill shell, so really that may be enough to make it pop against the satin black. Still going gloss black on the cab top.

It has white wagon wheels on it now. I really just want to strip those down and paint them gloss black with maybe some chrome beauty rings and center caps.

Might I suggest flat black wheels with chrome/stainless rings and (if they will clear) centercaps off a 97-02 F150 with alloy wheels... they kinda look like a modern take on the old school "spider caps" .. or get some chrome bullet caps and chrome bullet tip lug nuts.

LOVE the idea of gloss black scallops on a flat black body.... I recommend graphite pinstripes to subtly highlight the scallops. Then maybe add some lighter silver to the pinstripes if you do any "Dutch"... just my $0.02
