Suspension noise

I am getting a noise from my suspension that I belive is coming from the front, but not sure. This is a metalliac sqweek and a grinding sound when I turn and or hit bumps. I have jacked it up and tried to find the noise but no luck. I have sprayed oil on the a arm bushings and torque arms but nothing has changed. I can even swerve the truck with the steering wheel and it makes this noise. I just can not make it do it when I am under the truck. Please give some ideas

If you have grease-able ball joints then it sounds like they just need to be re grease and you should be fine.

They do not have fittings. Strange to have bad ball joints with only 45,000 miles, but if they are problem area on this truck I guess that could be the case
