Steel Seal??????????

So Scotty Kilmer showed this product in his videos and it seems alright but I was suspicious that it might just be snake oil. What do you think?

Combustion chambers typically see 200+ psi and 1500 deg F so I really don't see a liquid rebuilding the steel O-ring of a head gasket. Plus there is no evidence presented in the video that the product actually does what it claims. I call snake oil.
