I have a SCT SF3 tuner that I am using on my truck. Since it is tied to my particular VIN, I know that I can't use it as a tuner on another truck (unless I change mine back to stock), but can I use the other features, such as reading codes, on another vehicle 6.0?

 

IIRC, you should be able to....

won't hurt either one if it won't let you thougn.... will stop you with the "I'm already married to another"

 

Good to know! Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure what would happen if I plugged it into another truck while it was married to mine. Now at least I can try without worrying about anything going south.
