I really don't see where K&N has anything to do with these other companies.

I beleive that is incorrect, it is a privately owned company still owned by the founder.

 

That is what the guy told me, I don't know why he would make that up. I was not slinging mud moderator, I just posted the name of the owner, why is that unacceptable and why did you remove it? I have copies of the correspondence from him if you would like to see it. I meant no ill will here, just warning other folks on the forum. I take it he is a sponsor here?

 

I need no correspondence from him. I edited the name out due to another issue that has been resolved now. And, you know the guidelines here.....if you've got a problem with moderation, take it up with admins....period.

And to answer your assumptions about RECON, no they are not sponsors here.

 

If somebody wants to buy reconsucks.com for a year I'll take care of the rest. Real quick and easy. <grin> Let me know when it's purchased, we'll sync up off-line, and I'll take the baton.

Wow I came to this site to converse with other members here about my truck. I didn't expect it to be so big brother here. I will take the OP's experiences into account and make my own decisions but i appreciate his words.
