Custom rear bumber (Pics)
I also built this over Christmas break. I was hoping to do a front as well but ran out of time. I kinda mocked the ranch hand style bumpers. I included the 3 LED clearance lights, Trailer hookup mounts, and spotlights. She ways about 100lbs. I like how it turned out

Actually it was all scrap lol. But if I were to put a price of mtl's and lights than prolly $200 or less

I like it alot! And I like the fact you covered up those reverse lights with a guard too! Real world working model there! Great job!
