My radio in a 2005 Expy has a SAT button on the radio. Im guessing that it is for satelitte radio. Does that mean it is set up for Sat radio or do i have to buy something from Ford?

The manual said something about buying the satelite rec from Ford.....do i have to as I am already hooked up w/ Sirius

 

Yes, you have to buy the receiver. I added the receiver to my 05 and really like the satellite option. I, too, had Sirius prior to owning the truck.

 

Can you tell me what you had to buy and how much it was. I would like to get my 04 sat working

 

Honestly, I bought the part from my local Ford dealer and had them install it. Total cost was around $490. Check ebay for the Visteon brain that fits our truck.
