Although the security certificate for their website is expired, the website looks real nice and I can't find any complaints against them anywhere. Perhaps it's just because of the holiday season, like dirty-oldbird said. Good luck with it and keep us posted

I tried to order through their website about 3 weeks ago and my security program notified me that i was being redirected to an unsecure site, so I closed out and haven't returned. Just FYI.

Pay Pal is really good about getting your money back, seems they always side with the consumer. Just notify Pay Pal that your not getting your stuff & they'll get your cash back. But also give the sellers time to get your stuff to you.

I despise that kind of customer service. I'll never buy from them and if it was me I would tell them so.

So, what ended up as the total amount of time between order and arrival? And what was the shipping time supposed to be? Also, I'll x2 what Glenn said, that's not customer service, and I would let them know that.

Bad customer service is a good indicator that the company is on the edge of going under. If you aren't doing your best to get and retain cusomers in this economy, someone is going to lose some money soon. Welcome to the retail business. I will take my purchases to companys I have delt with in the past, even if the price is higher.
