1966 f100 cab mounts

have a '66 f100 replacing floor pans and cab mounts, where can i find correct location for cab mounts since mine are non-exsistent????????????

i already have the mounts i just don't know the correct location on the cab

Bolt them in place... to the frame, then put your floors in.

if you need pictures for a guide just ask.

guess a good question would be IS you cab on the frame?

no the cab is removed need pics or measurements

left (drivers) side is 1 and 3/8 inch measuring from the outside edge over to where the mount is.... the right (passenger) side is the same measurment. double check the holes that mount to the frame.... center to center is 45 and 1/2 inches, double check your frame to make sure they are the same. the mounts sit tight up under that factory firewall seam as in the pic.

one thing i will add is.... if your new cab mounts do not fit the floor pan tight like this pic, your floor pans are not installed correctly

DO NOT settle for fitment like this.... your door to fender gap will be WAY OFF!

First where did you get the cab mounts? they are not of equal quality, some are worse than others. another thing.... there is a right and left mount! they are not universal, maybe you have them on the wrong sides? you should put your cab back on to align everything.
