tourge specs for spindle nut

the one that holds the spindle to the knuckle is 65 ft pounds, the outer one is 50 ft pounds.

IDK guys.... Are you talking about the nuts that hold the wheelbearings? if so, the inner one gets "snugged" down, and the outer one gets set 55-65 pounds or so....

I do the inner tight minus 1/8th turn. The outer is 55-60lbs as mentioned.

idk which he wanted either. the bearing one is the 2nd i mentioned. tighten it down, back off a 1/4 turn and then torque the lock nut crap. i haven't tore a d60 hub apart in like 4-5 years, so as usual, there is a high likelihood that i am talking out my ****, but i'm pretty sure i was right

Thats what i do on my D44 but i snug the inner and tighten the outter down as tight as possible...

thx for the info so on the frist i i thighten it down them back off 1/8 turn but on the ring the but on the second nut and tight it down to 65 foot pounds
