? battery for remote door lock

It's easy enough to open it to check. I think it's a CR2032 and they can be found in just about any store that sells watch and camera batteries. But before heading to the store to pick one up, you may as well pop the remote open and check the battery. Stick a coin between the opening at the key ring, twist the coin (a dime works well) and the case should snap open. You simply snap it back together when you are done.

Much thanks - I haven't 'tinkered' with her truck - Xcept for a bit of routine maintenance. Hope this *^#!+ snow goes away soon. We've had snow on the ground for 3 weeks now 3-4" expected tonight. I've seen it when I lived in Oregon, but this is the "south" ?? "P-gusted" 'cuz my 4x4 needs an engine. Again, thanks.
