engine block heater install

Has any one installed an Engine block heater on their Modular engines?
I want to know where it was installed on the block or the head.
Rear left head has a good location but i do not know if there is enough rom for the heating element. I can Just install one on the lower radiator hose and call it good but I want a reliable location. thanks for any input.

My truck was Canadian-built, so it already came with one. :-)

I would think the best method of adding one, is to probably get one of the freeze-plug style heaters, and install it there? Perhaps others will chime in.
