water pump pulley bearings out?
03 F350 SRW 6.0 CC Over the last few weeks my truck went from having a slight squeal to now its just down right annoying. I spent most of the morning on here searching about belt tensioner replacement. After feeling up to the task I went out to my truck and removed the top shroud. After taking the belt off I realized my tensioner was just fine. I then suspected the alternator as it had some "slight" noise and was just a tad on the "not smooth" side of things when I would spin it. After wrestling to get the belt back on I cranked her back up to observe the belt line while running. I couldn't see any of this before with the shroud in the way. HOLY SMOKES!!! The entire cone shaped pulley seems to be out of round. It moves all over the place. My coolant level is slightly low but nothing to cause alarm. There has been no coolant under the truck either. It doesn't appear to be leaking and the truck runs decent other than the squeal. It would seem that the water pump shaft bearings are out. What are the thoughts of the master minds here. Thanks!

I am hoping that is what has been causing the belt squeaking. I am having some slight difficulty removing the fan to get the pulley off though. Off to the auto parts store to get fan clutch wrench as nothing I had was big enough to get around the nut. I'll have to go by Ford tomorrow to get the pulley. No one else carries it.
