2003 Harley F150 interior door handle chrome peeling off

This has been happening for years, but I'm now making a point to fix it after slicing my hand on it for the 10th time. Any thoughts on how best to do this other than just peeling the chrome "paper" off them? My girlfriend has gotten pissed about getting a paper cut on it for the last time. Help a brutha out!!!

Very common problem. Lotta guys went aftermarket and swapped 'em out for billet handles. The last time I checked though, they weren't cheap.

If the peeling isn't too bad, superglue the peel down and hold in place with a chopstick. Apply the glue with a small dab on a toothpick.

I've had them about 4 years or so. Still look like the day I bought them.

I think your right about the price too.
IIRC I paid around $140. for them.

Sorry to beat a dead horse here but, is the door handle shape/size for the Harley the same as for the regular super crew? I have a 2002 HD F150 and need to replace the interior handles. I can't tell if they are the same and LMC could not confirm that these would work on the Harley. Has anyone put these on a HD?

F-150 is an F-150.

Pretty sure there the same handle in both trucks.
