Well I got the truck back from the dealer today after the reflash problem and everything seems to be fine. Transmission seems to shift differently though. I don't know if it has to learn how I drive again. Still like having her back though.

 

Wow, garbenn, you're the first person who has confirmed a faulty/incomplete flash. I wasn't sure if it was really possible. Thanks, good to know for those who think something is wrong after a flash.
