what cam will work with my speed density??

what cam will work with my speed density??
any one know whats the max i can go as far as a cam. its an 88 f350 with 460 speed density.. im just looking for extra power for bigger tires, towing, not looking to go extreme just wanna wake it up allittle... also anyone know the stock cam profile so i have something to compare to
