Hello - does anyone by chance know the dimensions of the puddle lamp assembly? I am thinking of replacing the assembly with an LED module like this one ORACLE LED Flood Light Pod and am wondering if it will fit in the mirror in place of the puddle lamp assembly.

Thanks for the help (the wife has the vehicle out of town right now so I can't measure it myself at this time).

Not sure, I never looked. However this is the LED bulb I used to replace it.

Those look a lot like the cabin lamps, I wonder if they are the same.

You're a lot braver than me. I bought replacement mirrors with power, heat, memory, power fold and puddle from Tasca. Painted them to match. I wanted to change both the puddle lamps and the directions to LED, way brighter for the turn signals than the stock LED's but once I saw the puddle lamp enclosure and the same for the directionals, I quit.

Best of luck on LED changeover, I bet those will really brighten the road, keep us posted.

I know this an old post but I have to ask... It may just be my phone but that bulb looks like it's soldered in there. Is that the case? Do you happen to have a pic of the LED's lit up?
