MSD Performance Group Acquires Edge Products

EL PASO, TX., — The MSD Performance Group is excited to announce the acquisition of Edge Products!

Edge Products is the leading manufacturer of diesel performance modules and controllers such as
the Juice and Evolution Programmers. Edge is an ideal fit with the MSD Performance Group of leading aftermarket and
performance electronic companies.  The group, including MSD Ignition, Superchips and Racepak, share a
complementary technology base and work together to advance the electronic control and component technology offered to
the market.

"With Edge Products joining the MSD Performance Group we will be able to accelerate
technology development for each brand," MSD Performance’s CEO Dan Gresham stated.  He went on to say that,
