Have You Driven a Ford Marathon, Lately?

The other day I mentioned that I spent some time in Thailand, and that they loved the Ford Ranger. Well while I was there I snapped some fun pictures of various Ford trucks, and I thought I would share.

There are Rangers everywhere on the roads, but I even found something new I had never heard of before; a Ford Marathon.

My personal choice is the older black Ranger from the Mango Bay Resort. The only way to our resort by car was on a long road that was only partially paved. The unpaved parts basically consisted of a beginner’s off-road course.

I made that journey twice in the back of the truck, and holy crap is that fun and stupid dangerous. With slopes of 30-degrees, maybe more in a few short spots, coupled to big ruts, and large rocks, trying to keep from falling out was an adventure in itself.
