Street Pounder

In recent years, Velocity Restorations has earned a reputation for building some of the finest Ford Bronco restomods on earth. However, the company has expanded its lineup recently to include the Ford F-250, giving it a high-end restomod treatment coupled with a lifted stance and off-road capability. For those craving more of a street performer pickup, Velocity also just debuted something geared toward those folks - the new Signature Series F-100.

Old, But New

One of the most appealing things about what Velocity does is it retains much of the original style and charm that many people love about Bumpsides, but they also add just the right amount of upgrades to make them extra special. In this case, there's still plenty of chrome adorning the restored body, which is covered in custom Glasurit paint.

Additional upgrades include JW Speaker LED headlights, 18-inch Forgeline wheels wrapped with Michelin tires, and billet trim to complement the existing chrome. The truck also sits nice and low thanks to the addition of a Roadster Shop chassis, which is enhanced with double adjustable Fox coilovers, sway bars, an independent front suspension, and six-piston, four-wheel disc brakes.

Billet and Leather

As is the case with other builds from Velocity, the interior of the Signature Series F-100 is a true work of art, filled with a custom bench seat and loads of leather covering that piece, plus the door panels and Sparc steering wheel. Meanwhile, billet trim is everywhere, including the window cranks, armrests, door lock pulls, vents, and A/C knobs.

Modern Amenities

There are plenty of modern amenities designed to make tooling around in the restomod F-100 more of a pleasant experience, too. That list includes a Vintage Air HVAC system, Dakota Digital gauges, an Ididit tilt steering column, and a premium audio system with Bluetooth.

New Powertrain

As one might imagine, the Signature Series F-100 is powered by a modern engine as well - the third-generation 5.0-liter Coyote V8, which features custom headers and dual exhaust and is mated to the 10R80 10-speed automatic transmission and a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gears for effortless cruising.

Nice, but Pricey

Add it all up, and you've got perhaps the finest street-focused Bumpside restomod on the planet. Of course, as one might imagine, this package isn't exactly cheap, however, with a starting price tag of $279,900. But for someone with the means and desire, they'd be hard-pressed to find something nicer anywhere else.
