Well Rounded Pickup
For most, the Ford Ranger is a reasonably-priced mid-size pickup that is neither luxurious nor styled in a way that will attract much attention. However, a UK-based company called Deranged Vehicles specifically addressed those two areas with its Thunder Widebody conversion, transforming the pickup into a truly luxurious, unique-looking machine for folks that want it all.

Exterior Upgrades
On the outside, buyers can choose between Deranged's Wildtrak Edition package or Blackout Edition. The former includes a six-piece body kit, 18" Deranged alloy wheels, BFGoodrich all-terrain tires, smoked taillights, a gray grille with a Deranged badge, vent badges, and a Deranged rear decal.

Total Blackout
The Blackout Edition adds to that by including all of the aforementioned parts with more goodies and a few cosmetic changes. They include a gloss black grille instead of a gray one, a gloss black sports bar and front bumper insert, fog lamp surrounds, rear bumper end caps, and body-color door handles and mirror caps. Deranged also offers a host of wrap color options for those that don't want to stick with the factory exterior color.

Luxurious Upgrades
The interior receives arguably an even bigger set of upgrades that truly make the cabin seem like a much more expensive, luxurious machine. Those upgrades include Recaro seats trimmed in premium leather, a leather and Alcantara steering wheel, door panels, center armrest, Alcantara headliner, and leather-wrapped dash, for starters.

Fancy Cabin
And that isn't all. Other premium surfaces are available, including a leather-wrapped center console, shifter, hand brake handle, black carpet with or without a leather border, an Audison speaker upgrade, and an Audison Pro sound system with an 8-inch subwoofer.

In total, there are a dizzying array of options available when configuring Deranged's Ranger Thunder Widebody.
