Bricked Raptor

Lego has been a favorite of kids and adults alike for many years now, and that popularity has only grown among gearheads as more and more collector's sets are released. That expansive collection now includes the brand-new, third-generation 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor, which has been forever immortalized in brick form.

Highly Detailed

The 2021 F-150 Raptor Lego set is available to pre-order now for $99.99, with a ship date of October 1, 2021. That's a lot of dough for a Lego pickup, but like most of the brick maker's high-end products, there is a lot of detail present on this particular build that makes it worth the higher price tag.

Functional Bits

The Raptor Lego set has doors that open and close, along with a functional hood. Pop the hood, and you'll find Ford's twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 peeking back at you, and it even has moving pistons. The truck's suspension is functional as well, which makes it a pretty cool toy to show off to your friends.

Complicated Build

As one might imagine, all of this means that the 2021 F-150 Raptor Lego set is a bit complicated, and it is. The kit consists of a whopping 1,379 pieces, and the truck itself measures 17 inches long, 6 inches high, and 8 inches wide - pretty beefy, just like the real thing.

Display Piece

The Lego Technic Raptor is obviously a bit challenging to build, but that's part of the process. And once you're finished, it makes for a very cool display piece, and one that's sure to attract questions from anyone visiting your desk or wherever you decide to show it off.

Perfect Compliment

Of course, the Lego Raptor would also make for a very nice compliment to your real-life pickup. But even if you don't own one of Ford's off-road-focused beasts, at least you can conquer various obstacles on your desk during work hours and pretend that you do.
