Going the Distance

Each year, iSeeCars puts out its list of the longest-lasting vehicles on the market, which analyzes odometer data for over 400 miles models to determine which are the most likely to make it to the 250k-mile mark and beyond, Historically speaking, we've seen several Ford models make this particular list, and that was also the case with the just-released 2024 version of this study, too.

Ford F-150

First up, we have the Ford F-150, which ranked as the 16th most likely vehicle overall to make it to the 250k mile mark, as well as the 14th most likely pickup. The F-150 has a 15.8 percent chance of reaching a quarter-million miles, which is 1.8 times the overall average of 8.6 percent, in fact.

Ford Expedition

The Ford Expedition is also a regular on this list, and made the cut for 2024 as the 22nd most likely vehicle to make it to 250k miles. The large SUV has a 13.1 percent chance of getting to that mark, which is 1.5 times the overall average, ranking it 12th among all SUVs at the same time.

Unsurprisingly, the Super Duty also made the cut in multiple trims, starting with the F-350, which is the 6th most likely pickup to make it to the 250k mile mark at 28.3 percent - 1.5 times more than the overall average.

Finally, we have the F-250, which falls just behind the F-350 in 7th place among all trucks on the market. The F-250 has a 27.4 percent chance of making it to 250,000 miles, which is 1.4 times more than the average vehicle.
