Low-Mile Gem

It's honestly hard to imagine driving our own Ford trucks less than at least 10k a year. And that's at the lower end of the spectrum - most of us log way, way more miles than that before it's time to replace the wall calendar. But for various reasons, some folks just don't need or want to drive that much. And that leaves us with an unexpected benefit - trucks like this immaculate '67 Ford F-100 we spotted over at Carlisle Auctions.

Garage Kept, Barely Driven

With just 26k miles on the odometer, this '67 has traveled only an average of around 500 miles per year since new. And even better, it's reportedly been garage kept since new. The results of those two unusual characteristics add up to one impressive truck.

Potential Flip?

This old F-100 has also lived under just two owners in its 52 years of existence, which is pretty unusual as well. If we had to guess, we'd bet somebody found it sitting in a garage somewhere and purchased it from the original owner only to resell it.

Original and Stunning

Regardless of how it got here, this Ford pickup is well worth a detailed look. Every inch is absolutely immaculate and original in appearance, including the stunning engine bay. At first glance, it looks like a complete and untouched truck in most regards.

Stellar Surfaces

The body and paintwork appear to be in fantastic shape as well, not a small feat for any black vehicle. We're betting it's been at least buffed and polished, but we doubt this body has ever seen any harsh exterior elements over the years.

Throwback Features

The interior is also incredibly clean and original, save for a set of old school Ford floor mats. But they are a very cool throwback design that we'd be sure and retain if we were lucky enough to land this truck in our own garage.

Almost Stock

There are a few signs of tampering here and there, especially those twin tailpipes protruding past the rear bumper. But if you wanted to return this truck to completely stock condition, we doubt it would take much work.

Present and Accounted For

Most everything else, including the multi-color bench seat and 3-speed column shifter is intact and in place. Which is most certainly not something you see every day.

Barely Broken In

The original 352 V8 won't win you too many races, but it will withstand the test of time. Even though at this point, we'd say it's barely broken in. Regardless, we're just happy to see at least one old Ford truck out there that somebody went to great lengths to preserve!
