Here's the inner fan shroud once removed...make note of the two tabs at the bottom, that is all that holds it in place at the bottom of the radiator, don't snap 'em off! ...and make sure you guide them in upon reinstall...yes, you'll have to crawl underneath your beloved truck to do this, and more than once! Air filter is behind the fan shroud in the pic, I found it easier to remove all of this, plus the driver's side (left) battery and holder/tray assembly to change the serpentine belt...and removing the air filter gives you a bit more room to slide the fan shroud out as well.
