A vacuum restrictor is required at the nearest end attaching to the intake manifold. Not sure on the exact size yet, but Dorman makes this 3/16" barbed fitting, with a 0.0185 brass restriction in the end. P/N 47311. This may be close to the right size. I am experimenting.
