I had to fiddle with the position of the Vacuum Actuator/Motor. A half-inch long groove was drilled in the top of the Snorkle, and multiple positions tried. A new hole is drilled low on the metal hot-air door. It depends on the travel of the motor you choose. Longer travel is better.
