B&W Companion Hitch in Shortbed F250 test mounting. Removed and adjusted Companion arms down 4" to get RV perfectly level while pulling.  Also to Monsta Liner the bed and permanently mount toolboxes

Original setting of arms on Companion was at the highest position and farthest back.  Front to back clearance was excellent but I needed an overall drop of about 4 inches at the nose to get the rv running level. The Companion arms have 4 inches of up/down adjustment so it will work great if I just move them to the lowest position.  If it wasn't a 4WD the highest setting would be probably about right.
